Solat PKR Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the Solat PKR platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. If we have reason to believe a registered user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending verification.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your account — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on Solat PKR. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You must not register or use the platform on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Solat PKR.

Solat PKR reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure. This is a standard procedure and applies to all players regardless of account history.

2. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on Solat PKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, typically instant
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, typically instant
• Raast — instant interbank transfer
• Bank Transfer — same-day processing during banking hours
• Debit and credit cards — processed as standard card transactions

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Solat PKR does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Solat PKR is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

3. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Solat PKR are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This policy is in place to maintain payment consistency and prevent misuse.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes of approval.
• Raast and Bank Transfer withdrawals are generally processed the same business day.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of request and vary by method.
• All withdrawals are subject to a standard security review before processing.

Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification, if there is an active bonus attached to your balance that has not yet met its wagering requirement, or if a security review has been triggered. In all such cases, the support team will contact you with specific details.

Solat PKR does not charge withdrawal fees. However, as with deposits, your payment provider may apply transaction charges that are outside Solat PKR's control. Please check your wallet or bank's fee structure if this is a concern.

Funds may only be withdrawn to accounts in your own name. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger a security review of your account.

4. Sports Betting Rules

Solat PKR monitors all betting activity for irregular patterns. Accounts showing signs of arbitrage betting, match manipulation, or coordinated abuse will be investigated and may be restricted or closed.

5. Live Casino and Slots

The Live Casino and Slots sections on Solat PKR use games provided by certified third-party game studios. All games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspicious or fraudulent payment activity
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or match manipulation
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward platform staff or other users
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Solat PKR will contact the account holder with details. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with anti-fraud policies.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance in a legitimately operated account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

Solat PKR provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect platform availability. Solat PKR will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

• Solat PKR is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability, technical faults, or network issues outside its direct control.
• Solat PKR is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms, including losses related to insecure account management.
• Solat PKR is not liable for the actions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in payment processing on the provider's side.

Nothing in these Terms limits Solat PKR's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

Solat PKR may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, registered players will be notified by email or through an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
